4.2. What to do in case of discrimination due to disability and/or racial or ethnic origin

Discrimination because of a disability and/or racial or ethnic origin is illegal and violates rights under Spanish law.

If you live in Spain and believe to have been the victim of discrimination, you may report this situation (in a court or police station) or go to specialized services which will inform and advise you. These services can be public or private social entities.
