2.4.9 Can the Degree of Disability be revised?

Yes, revising the degree of disability is an option.

Two years must have gone by from the original resolution for a person to be entitled to a revision. 

The minimum time frame would not be necessary in the following situations:

• When an error in the diagnosis can be proved.
• When significant changes in the circumstances that led to the diagnosis of that degree have taken place.
