2.4.8 Resolution

The Main Centre of the Social Services Council, taking into consideration the report from the EVOs, will announce and notify a resolution for the acknowledgment, declaration and qualification of the degree of disability.
The person will be entitled to file a claim against the final resolution within 30 days from the day the resolution is received.
